I’m so glad I found Arden Family Dentistry! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how beautiful and modern the office was. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, which immediately helped me feel more at ease. The dental team was absolutely amazing. They treated me like a person, not just a number. They took the time to ask questions about me, constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable, and gave me a lot of great information and advice on how to improve my gum health. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. They were very conscious of my dental anxiety and my dental concerns. I appreciate the care for individuals as a whole , this is a genuinly careing and compassionate office. This new location is beautiful - you can tell everything inside was built/designed with intention, and decked out with all the newest technology. On top of that, everyone I met here - from the front desk, to my Hygienist to the doctor - was SO nice and beyond helpful. First class customer service all around. My hygienist, Hannah, was professional and caring, took extra good care of me and made the entire experience the best I've ever encountered! The dentist, Dr. Capener, was friendly, kind, knowledgeable and patient, from initial exam to procedure I required, he was a pro...efficient and kind! His assistant during the procedure, Alejandra, was amazing...she carefully explained what was happening, took care of all kinds of things to make the procedure a success...even the insurance and checkout superstar made the business end non-stressful. My experience was truly beyond my expectations....I felt like every person I encountered was there to make my experience the best possible...and they succeeded. Almost every dental office experience I’ve had, with a select few exceptions, were nightmares. Unkind, judgmental, or really rough handed. I’m so glad I took a leap of faith in trusting Arden Family Dental with my dental needs and have been met with wonderful and personable folks. My dental hygienist Hannah did an absolute wonderful job of deep cleaning and was kind, considerate, and funny, and I’ll be coming back to see Dr. Capener soon as well who is very knowledgeable and kind. A highlight to Hailey as well for being informative and just as supportive in my dental health journey. Dr. Brian Pearce, DMD, is a great communicator incredibly gentle and my 14-year-old was happy with the experience considering he had three cavities. We had our second visit and it was just as seamless as the first. They have another dentist who is incredibly brilliant, studied dentistry in New Orleans, was a great communicator and gentle. How lucky are we to have found such a great dentist at such a wonderful price, very affordable. In May 2026 I had a crown put on and Dr. Capener, a uniquely bright and kind dentist worked with speed and a steady hand, my dental tech Yuriza was friendly, and also empathetic and patient.
