Our In-Office Plan
As an established patient in our Arden office, you are eligible to join our affordable in-office dental plan for a one-time yearly fee. Once enrolled, you can schedule preventive care at no extra charge. To sign up, simply speak with a member of our team during your next visit. Our dental plans are priced as follows:
- Child (13 & Under): $350
- Adult (14 & Up): $391
- Periodontal Patient: $645
- Denture Patient: $273
Your contract year begins as soon as payment is made, allowing you to take full advantage of your plan by scheduling cleanings and other essential care to maintain a healthy smile. Please note these plans are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Any additional treatments not covered by your plan will require payment on the same day services are rendered.
It is important that you understand that your plan’s benefits do not roll over from year to year. Any unused benefits left unused at the end of your plan year will be lost. To ensure you maximize your investment in our in-office plan, you should remember to schedule your preventative dental treatments.
Your In-Office Dental Plan Benefits
Our in-office plan was designed to ensure patients across Arden receive routine dental care without the burden of insurance premiums. When you sign up for an in-office plan at Arden Family Dental, you can protect your smile from cavities, tooth decay, and more. This plan includes:
- Child Cleanings: 2 per year
- Adult Cleanings: 2 per year
- Periodontal Maintenance: 3 per year
- Periodic Exam: 2 per year
- Bitewing X-Rays: 1 per year
- Child Fluoride Treatment: 1 per year
While this in-office dental plan is a great way for patients to avoid oral health decay, some may need additional care. To ensure everyone can achieve their best oral health, we offer 15% off additional restorative dental services not covered by the plan. This discount ensures our patients have access to services, including:
- Additional Cleanings & Fluoride Treatments
- Fillings
- Crowns & Bridges
- Dentures & Partial Dentures
- Dental Implants
Program Exclusions & Limitations
Before signing up for our in-office dental plan, there are a few important exclusions and limitations. This is a discount plan, not an insurance plan, and you can only enroll after receiving a comprehensive exam from one of our doctors. Keep in mind that this plan cannot be combined with other dental plans, dental insurance, discount offers, CareCredit, or Lending Club.
Our plan also does not cover injuries or services related to workman’s compensation, automobile, or medical insurance, nor does it cover specialist services. Any products or medications you need will also be at your own cost.
