Heather is our COO. Heather loves coming to work every day and views both her patients and coworkers as family. When not working, Heather enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband, Jesse, spending time with their three kids, and one of her most favorite hobbies is shopping!

Laura serves as the Office Manager at Arden Family Dental where she oversees the daily operations, patient services, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient practice workflows. Laura is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. Outside of work, Laura is married and enjoys spending quality time with her children. Family outings to the lake, beach and exploring new travel destinations are some of her favorite activities. Her love for adventure adds a vibrant touch to both her personal life and her role within our practice.

Since joining our dental office in 2015, Cortney has been an invaluable asset as our New Treatment Coordinator. Her exceptional skills in managing patient care and coordinating treatment plans ensure that each patient’s experience is smooth and efficient. Outside the office, Cortney enjoys a vibrant family life with her spouse, three children, and a delightful new grandbaby. Whether she’s hiking scenic trails, crafting unique projects, or passionately supporting her kids at their sports events, she brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to her personal interests as she does to her professional role.

Patient Care Coordinator
Since joining the office in 2021, I’ve worked my way from receptionist to new patient coordinator and now marketing director. I love meeting new people, easing dental anxieties, and creating a great dental experience for everyone. One of my favorite parts of the job is visiting local schools during Oral Hygiene Month to spread the word about healthy smiles. Originally from Florida, I moved to North Carolina in 2005 with my husband, Dane. We’re always up for road trips, lake days and checking out MLB stadiums. I’m a proud momma to two kiddos, Lindsey who serves as a dispatcher and Cameron who is a busy student playing multiple sports and serving on student body.

Kristine is a proud native of Hendersonville, NC, and enjoys raising her 3 children in our beautiful mountains alongside her husband, Wynn. She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College in May 2023. Kristine is passionate about educating her patients about their oral health and working alongside them to understand their individual oral health needs. In her free time, you can find Kristine reading a book, traveling, or at the lake with her family and friends.

Yuriza joined the dental field in 2020 as a hygiene rover. Then later went on to grow in her knowledge and became a dental assistant, Yuriza has been a valuable asset to the dental practice. Her extraordinary skills at patient care, multitask, organization, and work ethic gives the love and care our patients need for a smooth and great care while they are in the dental chair. Outside the office, Yuriza enjoys spending time with family and newly fiance, she enjoys the outdoors, going to the gym, and occasionally dancing. Her love and passion for what she does shows in her personal and professional roles.
