Giveaway Official Rules

ARDEN FAMILY DENTAL “ED SHEERAN TICKET GIVEAWAY” — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules govern the Arden Family Dental “Ed Sheeran Ticket Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”). By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored by Arden Family Dental, located at 351 Rockwood Rd #2, Arden, NC 28704 (“Sponsor”).

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

  • Entry Period Begins: September 1, 2026, 12:00 AM EST
  • Entry Period Ends: September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM EST
  • Winner Selection Date: October 1, 2026
  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and phone call using the contact information provided at entry, within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner will also be announced on Arden Family Dental’s social media pages.
  • Prize Delivery: Tickets will be issued to the winner (via pick up in the office) no later than October 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT, or as soon as reasonably practicable before the event date of October 17, 2026. Tickets will be transferred electronically through the ticketing platform’s mobile transfer feature, as determined by ticket availability; if transferred electronically, the winner must provide a valid, active account with the applicable ticketing platform in order to receive the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these dates if circumstances require, and will post any changes on Arden Family Dental’s social pages (@ardenfamilydental).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of North Carolina who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:

  • Employees, contractors, and agents of Arden Family Dental; their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling); and members of their household, whether or not related to them.
  • Any individual involved in the administration, judging, or execution of this Giveaway.

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any Entrant who does not meet these requirements.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Anyone who comes into Arden Family Dental for an appointment, located at 351 Rockwood Rd #2, Arden, NC 28704, during the month of September 2026 (September 1–30, 2026) will be automatically entered into the drawing. This includes patients checking in for an appointment, individuals accompanying a patient, and anyone who simply stops by the office during regular business hours to sign up for the Giveaway at the front desk. No purchase, payment, treatment, or service of any kind is required — simply visiting the office and providing your name and contact information at the front desk is sufficient to be entered.

Because entry under this Section may be based on the fact of a patient’s office visit, Sponsor will use that visit information solely for the limited purpose of Giveaway entry, consistent with Arden Family Dental’s Notice of Privacy Practices. Patients who prefer not to have their visit information used for entry may instead enter using the front-desk sign-up method described above, which does not involve any appointment or treatment information.

By providing a telephone number, each Entrant consents to receive a phone call and/or text message from Sponsor regarding the Giveaway, including winner notification. Such calls or messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive these communications is not a condition of receiving dental treatment or services.

General Entry Conditions:

  • Limit of one (1) entry per visit. Multiple visits to Arden Family Dental during the Entry Period will result in multiple entries, one per visit, at Sponsor’s discretion to verify.
  • By entering the Giveaway, each Entrant represents and certifies that they meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 3, including that they are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of North Carolina.
  • Entries obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., use of bots, multiple accounts, or false information) will be disqualified.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will not be accepted.
  • All eligible entries are combined into a single pool for the random drawing described in Section 6.

5. PRIZE

Prize: 4 ticket(s) to see Ed Sheeran at Bank of America Stadium, Charlotte, North Carolina, USA on October 17, 2026 at 5:30 PM.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,800

Prize details, including seat location, are subject to availability and determined solely by Sponsor. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The winner is solely responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize description (e.g., transportation, parking, food/beverage, lodging, or incidental expenses). If the event is postponed or rescheduled by the venue, promoter, or performing artist, the prize will consist of tickets to the rescheduled date; if the event is canceled outright and not rescheduled, Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value or, if no reasonable substitute is available, Sponsor’s obligation to provide the prize shall be deemed satisfied and no replacement will be issued. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize. Sponsor may require Winner to complete and submit a Form W-9 (or equivalent tax documentation) prior to prize delivery, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 or other tax reporting documentation as required by applicable law.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be selected by random hand drawing, in which the names of all eligible entrants will be placed in a fishbowl (or similar container) and one name will be hand-drawn at random by Sponsor or a designated representative, on the Winner Selection Date listed above. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and/or sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted by law) to claim the prize. Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Sponsor will attempt to select and notify up to two (2) alternate winners using this same notification and response procedure; if no winner can be confirmed after these attempts, the prize will not be awarded.

Sponsor may, at its discretion, announce the winner’s first name and city/state on its website or social media pages for promotional purposes, in compliance with applicable law.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
  • All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each Entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, city/state of residence, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / RELEASE

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Arden Family Dental, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or notifications, technical failures, or events beyond its control affecting the administration of the Giveaway.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ardenfamilydental.com/privacy-policy/, and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway unless otherwise disclosed.

11. DISPUTES / GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between each Entrant and Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether oral or written. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Giveaway must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or dispute first arose, or it will be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ed Sheeran, his representatives, or Ticketmaster/StubHub/the venue/ticketing platform used. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
